Case Studio

About Visa Engine

Visa Engine is built by Case Studio — a petition workspace for immigration firms and serious applicants preparing criteria-based talent visas.

The product covers eight visa types across five jurisdictions: US O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW; UK Global Talent; EU Blue Card; Canada Federal Skilled Worker; and Australia Subclass 858. Analysis is grounded in authority-specific immigration policy — not generic AI guesses — with structured scoring for each criterion. Users upload evidence, answer preparation questionnaires, maintain a fact bank, chat about the case, generate draft letters and narratives (Starter+), track readiness, and respond to requests for additional evidence in a dedicated studio. Firms get organizations, roles, and shared cases so attorneys remain the legal actors who file.

Plans are Free (try one case), Starter ($29/mo), and Pro ($89/mo). A public eligibility triage and free Visa Guide Library sit outside the login wall. Alongside the software, Case Studio offers petition preparation services for talent and extraordinary-ability cases.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. An attorney remains the legal actor who files. Our job is to make petition preparation clearer, faster, and more coherent.

Why we built this

Talent petitions live or die on evidence quality and package coherence — yet most of that work still happens in email threads and Word docs. We built an upload-first petition OS so firms and applicants can map exhibits to criteria, draft with context, and catch gaps before filing.

Case Studio also works hands-on with clients who want preparation support — pairing product workflows with services when a case needs more than software alone.
